The breakfast buffet was decent, offering both Japanese and Western options. The location was good as it was in a quiet area, away from the main hustle and bustle of the city, but still easily accessible by public transportation. the staff was friendly and provided great customer service.
The room was small and cramped, leaving very little space for luggage. The air conditioning did not work properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

During my trip, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel's staff was very welcoming and helpful, despite the language barrier. I appreciated that they even offered me an umbrella on rainy days. I also found the hotel's location to be convenient, as it was close to the conference center and the subway station, allowing me to travel easily around the city. Moreover, it was located in a peaceful neighborhood, which was great for uninterrupted sleep at night. Finally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities definitely met my expectations.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Xmas trip, I enjoyed the in-house onsen as it was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the location was convenient as it was close to the metro which made it easy to get around. the breakfast buffet also had a nice variety of Japanese and Western options to choose from.
The room was disappointingly cramped and it was difficult to fit all of my luggage. the air conditioning system was also faulty and despite being on the coldest setting, it was still blowing warm air.
